Empower Chicago's Youth: Ladies of Virtue Fundraiser!
Promote your local business - Holiday Guide 2023
Happy Thursday!
Chicago, like many urban areas, faces its share of challenges, including crime and social disparities.
Among those affected most profoundly are our city's youth, who need safe and nurturing environments to grow and develop into confident and purpose-driven individuals.
This is where Ladies of Virtue comes in.
Ladies of Virtue is creating safe spaces for Black girls one neighborhood at a time. Join us by donating $20, $30, or whatever you can to support this mission. Click here to support.
In the 2022 - 2023 program year, the nonprofit served 505 girls. In 2024, Ladies of Virtue aims to serve over 550 girls across the Chicagoland area.
If we want to reduce crimes and increase opportunities in our city, we have to invest in the next generation.
The Ladies of Virtue annual fundraiser is a pivotal event where we come together to recognize and honor remarkable women who have played a significant role in fortifying Ladies of Virtue's strength and impact.
But this event is about more than just celebration; it's about making a tangible difference in the lives of young Black girls.
All the funds raised from this event will go directly towards empowering our LOV sisters, aged 9 to 18, to become confident and purpose-driven leaders.
Our immediate goal is to rally 20 supporters by this Saturday. With your participation, we can make this goal a reality and take a significant step toward creating a brighter future for these young women.
Here’s how to donate to the Ladies of Virtue Fundraiser:
Click “Purchase Tickets”
Click “No thanks, I’d just like to donate” if you don’t want to purchase a ticket
Select “Other” to donate $5, $10, or one of the other suggested donation amounts.
Leave a comment and type #ChicagoSouthsider at the end so that we can know you donated and recognize you.
